“I had to go back this morning to replace the blue shadows that vanish with the increasing light of our gloriously full blooded hot summers days. Well the last two anyway!”
There aren’t many places more serene and quite so utterly breath taking as Barcombe Mills in the Summer. A wide river Ooze meanders so slowly through these water meadows that its as still as a lake. Fields are grazed by lazy cattle into areas good enough for picnics. The rest is so easyily unkempt its almost a garden. One of natures gardens.
